Had a great time with friends! We visited the Natural History Museum and headed to the Prince Charles Cinema for a full night of films. The location was perfect for both sightseeing and dining. Rooms were comfy and the staff were super friendly, making our stay memorable.
Air conditioning didn’t work on the first night, which made sleep a bit uncomfortable for us.

I recently stayed for two nights in a spacious family suite, and the complementary cookies at check-in were a sweet surprise! The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the leisure room provided a nice place for the kids to relax. Only downside was the outdated decor, but it didn't really take away from our fun time here! 😊

the hotel was super clean n comfy. the location is awesome, just a short walk to earls court station. staff was really friendly, especially nebila, who was a delight! we felt well taken care of for our family trip. definitely coming back again!
the heating system could've been better, as we woke up cold at night. also, the aircon in our room wasn’t working right, which was a bit annoying.

I had a nice stay in the Deluxe Double Room, enjoying the cozy bedding and well-stocked toiletries. The lounge area and garden were perfect spots to relax and unwind. A minor hiccup was the lack of a second complimentary coffee at breakfast, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 03spacious roomconvenient locationnearby diningroom odor
Spacious rooms with a comfortable layout, perfect for families. A handy Sainsbury's within walking distance made grabbing snacks easy, and the location provided great access to nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, I encountered issues with air conditioning during my stay, which made the first night slightly uncomfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired—options were limited, and the quality didn't match expectations for a hotel at this price point. the decor felt dated and could use some refreshing. I also noticed an unusual smell in the room, which didn’t sit well with me. Lastly, the late housekeeping could be inconvenient if you're hoping to return to a freshly cleaned room after a day out.

Great spot near Kensington!
Super cool boutique hotel, just a few mins walk from Kensington Palace. The beds were super comfy, and the staff were super friendly, making sure we felt right at home. There’s a fab restaurant, but man, those stairs can be a workout with heavy bags!
