my stay at the park was great! the staff was incredibly kind right from the start. they really made our experience enjoyable. the family suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. plus, the location is just a short walk from the metro and felt very safe.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Natural History Museum and headed to the Prince Charles Cinema for a full night of films. The location was perfect for both sightseeing and dining. Rooms were comfy and the staff were super friendly, making our stay memorable.

Air conditioning didn’t work on the first night, which made sleep a bit uncomfortable for us.

I had a fantastic stay in the family suite. The room was spacious, featuring big windows that let in plenty of natural light, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us in organizing transport around London. The nearby grocery store was a great convenience for snacks and essentials, making our trip even smoother. the breakfast service could benefit from better organization.

I recently stayed for two nights in a spacious family suite, and the complementary cookies at check-in were a sweet surprise! The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the leisure room provided a nice place for the kids to relax. Only downside was the outdated decor, but it didn't really take away from our fun time here! 😊

They promptly addressed my request for a room upgrade and made my experience hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and underground stations, enhancing my overall visit to London. there could be more electrical outlets available for charging devices.

Great spot near Kensington!

Super cool boutique hotel, just a few mins walk from Kensington Palace. The beds were super comfy, and the staff were super friendly, making sure we felt right at home. There’s a fab restaurant, but man, those stairs can be a workout with heavy bags!
